Please submit your assignment based on the following scenario

Scenario:

SharePoint is a Microsoft's web-based collaborative platform that integrates with


Microsoft Office. SharePoint is used as a document management and storage system.
It allows SharePoint admins to create site collections and sites. A SharePoint site is a
collection of pages, lists, libraries, apps, configurations, features, content types, and
sub-sites. A list is a collection of data that you can share with your team members and
people who you have provided access to. A document library is collection of
documents.

You are required to document data management features in SharePoint list and library
including view management, advanced list and library management and data creation
and document upload options. You are also required to show how to create a new
permission level with contributor option but no delete, create a SharePoint group and
assign newly created permission level to that group. Use screenshots wherever
possible.

Your Assignment:

The document will need to cover:

 Data management options in SharePoint list and library.


 Advanced management of list and library, and creating and managing views
with different options i.e. sorting, filtering etc.
 Creating new permission level and assigning it to new SharePoint group.

This assignment will evaluate your ability to:

 Identify data management options for SharePoint list and library.


 Identify advanced management options and view management in list and
library.
 Document creation of new permission level and assignment to new SharePoint
group.

organization to move to the cloud. Use examples, make references, provide possible
suggestions etc.

You may present this assignment in a document format.
