(a) I am qualified Panelbeater


(b) I have been involved in the motor trade for ___________years.
(c) I have worked for _____________________for approximately

(d) I have _________years experience in assessing motor vehicles and


Assessing and assessing pre and post collision values of motor vehicles.

(e) Accordingly I am an expert in assessing damages to motor vehicles, panel


beating, replacing new and second hand parts of damaged motor vehicles.

(f) I am involved on a daily basis in carrying out the abovementioned activities


and have been involved for__________ years.

On or about ________of ___________20 I assessed the damages to a
silver grey Mitsubishi Colt motor vehicle with registration letters and
numbers NPN 43242 being the Plaintiff’s motor vehicle.

The vehicle was involved in a collision and needed extensive repair. I


checked every item on the quotation against the damage to the said motor
vehicle and found the vehicle to be in need of repair as indicated in my
quotation. A copy of the quotation is annexed hereto marked “A”.

I found that an amount of ________________represents the reasonable
costs of repairs to the plaintiff’s motor vehicle.
5.
The damage which I inspected was to the best of my knowledge and belief
and of recent origin.

6.
The market value of the said vehicle was at the time of the collision in
excess of the cost of repairs, having regard to the year of manufacture,
and condition of the said motor vehicle.
