Purchase Confirmation: After completing your purchase on Etsy, you should
1. receive an email confirmation or a notification within the Etsy platform confirming
your purchase.

Access Your Etsy Account: Log in to your Etsy account and navigate to your
2. "Purchases" or 'Orders" section. Find the specific purchase for the Canva template
you bought.

Download Link: In the purchase details, there should be a "Download" button or link
3. associated with the Canva template.

Download the File: The Canva template file will be downloaded to your computer or
4. device. It may be in a ZIP format, so you might need to unzip it if that's the case.

Access Canva: If you haven't already, sign in to your Canva account. If you don't
5. have a Canva account, you can create one for free on Canva's website.

Upload Template to Canva: In Canva, go to the "Templates' section and select


6. 'Custom Templates." Upload the Canva template file you downloaded from Etsy.

Customize Your Template: Once the template is uploaded, you can customize it as
7. needed. Modify text, magos, colors, and other clemonts to suit your project or
design.

Save and Download: Alter making your changes, save your customized template in
8. Canva. Yau can then download it in your preferred lorn at, such as PDF or JPEG.

Highlight the text you want to edit and a top bar will appear with different
options to make adjustments like size, font, color, etc.

Change Colour

Upload tab
Canva allows you to upload and use your own elements, such as images and
logos.

• Click “Upload your own images.”


• A window will open up, find the image you want to upload and click open

Delete uploaded image


You also have the option to delete the image you uploaded. To do this:

• Hover over the image you want to delete and click on the “i” icon on the
bottom left of the image.
• Then click the “trash” icon

Save and download your design
Canva gives you the option to save and download your design in four formats:

• JPG
• PNG (Recommended)
• PDF (Standard)
• PDF for print

Share your design


Social media: Share on your social media pages.
• Link: Share the link to your design.
• Embed: Only available for public designs.

To share a design, click on the share button on the top right corner of the Canva
page. You will get a pop-up asking you to specify how you would like to share.
