Develop the product vision:
My product is a online Transport booking application or a software. Which is useful to save time
and money of the customer. It is develop to reserve seat and pay the payment for the ticket using
the mobile or desktop.
Research the vision
As I saw that problem with a lot of people, I visited a bus station for ticket reservation as a
research and did survey, People saw that a more unfriendly process. Which make them to put bad
impression on that business. Sometimes Customer didn’t get ticket at the time or sometime they
didn’t get a proper seat.
Design the Product
As our product is a mobile application or a website, which is a user friendly and anyone can
easily use it, It will be available in different language. We also include images for different
module which make the user to understand it easily. We also include a section for the chat in it.
Manufacture the product
As the manufacturing the product need some expert programmers, software engineers and
UI/UX designers. Which make the software more efficient and user friendly.
Feedback and Testing
When our product came to it finalization then it is easy to get feedbacks from different people,
such as any traveler or anyone. Testing will be done on the proper time. As our product is a
support agility then it is easy for us to improve our product and get feedbacks and other testing
requirements.
Official release
Official release will be provided on each build as the product get improved or new feature got
added or it need managing the product.
