July 2024, XIBA continues to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practice, offering a

environment defined by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). This International HR
Confab will explore the essential elements of Leadership Intelligence in the Digital Era, helping leaders
