TRAINING ACTIVITY DESIGN

I. Title of Activity: FFPCC Election of Officers

Venue: BISU-Bilar Activity Center

II. Rationale:

The electoral process is a critical event that requires election commissioners to be fully
focused and efficient throughout the day. To support their well-being, the Future Farmers of
the Philippines Collegiate Chapter (FFPCC) has allocated a budget for providing meals and
refreshments during the BISU Bilar Election. By ensuring that commissioners have access to
proper food, the organization contributes to a smooth and uninterrupted election process.
III. Objectives:

FFPCC aims to:

- To ensure that election commissioners have adequate meals and refreshments.


- To efficiently allocate and manage the budget for food expenses.
- To support a fair and organized election process by providing necessary logistical
support.
- To uphold the commitment of FFPCC in contributing to campus activities and student
governance.

IV. Contents / Subject Matter:

- Food budgeting and procurement.


- Coordination with food providers for meal preparation and delivery.
- Ensuring timely distribution of food during election day.

V. Methodology / Process:

1. Planning and Coordination:


-Identify the number of election commissioners and required meals.
-Determine meal schedules (e.g., breakfast, lunch, and snacks).
2. Procurement and Budget Allocation:
-Finalize the list of food items and estimated costs.
-Secure food from the chosen provider within the allocated budget.
3. Food Distribution:
-Ensure food is delivered on time and distributed properly.
-Monitor the adequacy and quality of food provided.
4. Post-Activity Evaluation:
-Gather feedback from election commissioners on food quality and service.
-Assess budget efficiency and make recommendations for future elections.
