1. SSPC-SP10 aur Sa 2.5 ka farq kya hai?

Answer:

- SSPC-SP10 (Near White Metal Blast Cleaning) aur Sa 2.5 (ISO standard) dono near-white blast cleaning

- Farq sirf standards ka hai: SSPC American standard hai, aur Sa ISO ka European standard.

- Dono ka maksad hai 95% surface clean ho, stains, mill scale aur rust remove ho chuki ho.

2. Anchor Profile kaise check karte hain?

Answer:

- 3 methods: Replica Tape, Comparator, Surface Profile Gauge.

- Acceptable range: 40 to 100 microns (as per project specs).

3. Salt contamination (Bresle Test) kaise perform karte ho?

Answer:

- Bresle patch surface pe lagake, deionized water inject karte hain.

- 10-15 min baad extract karke conductivity measure karte hain.

- Limit: <= 5 µg/cm².

4. DFT (Dry Film Thickness) kaise check karte hain?

Answer:

- Elcometer DFT gauge use karte hain.

- Measured as per SSPC-PA2 ya ISO 19840.

5. WFT (Wet Film Thickness) gauge kaise use karte hain?
