14. (a) Derive the expression for capacitance of a parallel plate capacitor.
(b) Three charges -q, Q and -q are placed at equal distances along a straight line. If the total potential
energy of the system is zero . what is the ratio of Q/q.
15. Define drift velocity. Derive the relation between drift velocity and relaxation time.
