RENT COLLECTION METHODS

1. Rent Payment Through Stegi Home Managers

 Tenants pay into our designated bank accounts.


 We track, reconcile, and follow up on payments.
 Funds are remitted to the landlord on an agreed date, with a detailed financial statement.

2. Direct Payment to the Landlord

 Tenants pay rent directly to the landlord’s designated bank account.


 We monitor transactions, follow up on arrears, and reconcile records.
 A monthly financial report is provided.

MANAGEMENT FEES

Our management fees are structured as follows:

 For rental income below KES 100,000, the management fee is 10%.
 For rental income between KES 100,001 – 200,000, the management fee is 9%.
 For rental income between KES 200,001 – 300,000, the management fee is 8%.
 For rental income between KES 300,001 – 400,000, the management fee is 7%.
 For rental income between KES 400,001 – 500,000, the management fee is 6%.
 For rental income above KES 500,000, the management fee is 5%.
