Holistic and Partial Point of View

Doing philosophy involves engaging with practical problems and abstract ideas using methodological approaches to find solutions. It is important to take a holistic perspective when doing philosophy by considering all aspects of a situation before making a conclusion, rather than a partial perspective which only provides limited knowledge. Using a holistic view is more desirable for doing philosophy than a partial view because it prevents wrong conclusions. Doing philosophy can be applied to daily life and decisions by enabling reflective thinking which influences one's views and relationships.
