Objective of the Process

The objective of cleansing is to collate vendor


information and present it in a timely, clear and
concise manner.

This process of cleansing requires manual intervention for a


variety of reasons including but not limited to:
– Conflicting information supplied by vendors
– Incomplete information supplied by vendors
– Editing text vendor messages (mainly Euro clear)
– Dealing with inherent problems in GASP such as stacking and
mapping bugs

Scope of Work as per SOW
 We have to work on all the events pertaining to Canadian and US securities.

 Validating the data provided by the various vendor and updating the events by using
the third party applications, like DTCC PTS, DTCC GCA, Bloomberg.

 Manually updating the details by reviewing the text provided by vendor.

 We have to work on the events pertaining to the responsible parties and they are

Current Scope of Work
 We have to work on all the events for all the responsible parties.

 Validating the data provided by the various vendor and updating the events by using
the third party applications, like DTCC PTS, DTCC GCA, Bloomberg, Euroclear web.

 Manually updating the details by reviewing the text provided by vendor.
