be a part , it directs attention towards them, making their day and also provides flow of positive energies.

● Stagger work hours for coverage from 7 am to 6 pm
● Create focus or speciality groups for specific customer categories
● monthly and annual award service based on customer recommendation
● Feedback process involving customers
● Appoint special task force for delighting and surprising customers

4. BE PRESENT

● Do not answer emails while talking on phone, with colleague or with customers
