P Fresh Stores
In 2009 a new store prototype was developed for general merchandise stores, known as P Fresh. a P Fresh store is about 1,500 square feet larger than a general merchandise Target store. P Fresh, include frozen foods, meat, and dairy. Pre-bagged items like bananas to eliminate the need for scales and weight-based pricing.
