SWOT Analysis
• Highly experience team managing 9
governorates. •Overload due to Team turnover,
• capability to implement insource sites . •Used/faulty Telecom material for new sites.
• Mean time to restore (1:05 Hour) with •Ericson spare parts availability
availability 99.9% •Secure sites transmission by fiber to site
• Capability to implement heavy and light •Delay in RFQ process.
network changes ( project , TXN WOs) Strengths Weaknesses •Re activate EPR yearly bonus
• Region invested in sites generators and
engines by adding ( 13 new Gen. set , 15
new engines ) to enhance performance

•Temporary E/// BSS license. •New packet core and new sites will
•Heavy rain effect on Ericson links ( high utilization acquire new customers in high
links ) Threats Opportunities protentional areas.
•Capacity limitation for Ericson MW links in CII.
•Upgrade sites capacity ( 4T4R swap
•Fiber flaps (DIL-ITPC)
project ).
•Commercial power stability Activate Automation tools.
•Passive spare parts shortage with FLM ( CII area )
•Phase 0 sites expired contracts and problems in
green field site acquisition for replacement

Support Needed from Management :

1- Core sites enhancement responsibility as 4 core sites in CI,CII need civil and
infrastructure repairs .

2- Ericson spare parts availability as we have 0 stock for some active items and
environmental items (CLU).

3- Phase 0 site relocation SOW submitted and waiting PO .

4- pending RFQs related to civil repairs in operational sites .

5- review phase 0 sites cases ( VVIP sites ) with high traffic dependency by related
departments to avoid relocation and lose green fielded sites in urban location as it cannot
be compensated .

6- re activate technical training for new technologies established over network and
depend result part of annual EPR.
