Scope: A set of 25 character names, code positions, and typical graphic symbols for the Tibetan script, to supplement the existing Tibetan character collection that appears in Amendment 6.
Rationale: To add to ISO/IEC 10646-1 25 missing characters of the Tibetan script, used by a population of several millions principally in Tibet.
