This tag is used for venues with gambling machines, such as slot machines. There might also be other pay-to-play games, such as video games, driving simulators, pinball machines, etc.
Such venues usually have a minimum age requirement (often adults only).
As opposed to casinos (amenity=casino), adult gaming centres have typically strict limits on stakes and payouts, and there are no croupiers or table games.
