Hover! (Windows, 1995) - Soundtrack
MIDI soundtrack of Hover, a 3D action game found on the Windows 95 CD. This game was originally designed to show off Windows 95's multimedia capabilities.
The original files are included. They originally had the .MUZ extension, but as they are really MIDI Stream (.MDS) files they've been renamed. All tracks loop. After one loop they fade out over 10 seconds. The sound effects from the game have been included as well, in case anyone is interested in them.
First published version from Windows 95 4.00.950 (retail, OEM; codename Chicago).
Developer: Microsoft Corporation
Copyright: 1994-1995
Music credits: Stan LePard
Recorded on Windows 98 (via VMware Fusion), on Winamp 2.95, using Creative Studio's 2MB Waveset for Ensoniq AudioPCI (EAPCI2M.ECW).

The music bares little resemblance to the original. This is likely down to the use of a sound card, which wouldn't be my go-to for Hover!'s music.
The ... music is awesome, it's just that this is a really unfaithful recording of the music. That being said, I do want to know how the music was recorded. I can't open a MIDI Stream for the life of me.
