Cheers for making the Pope date format RFC

[edit]

A date format for one article seems like a trivial thing but clearly there's some weight to it for many editors. Looking forward to the resolution. Thanks! Ymerazu (talk) 22:43, 8 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

It’s funny how such a minor issue is so polarizing. I think on one hand you have a group of people who are committed to following what they feel is a correct reading of MOS, while the others feel the subject is now of global importance and should use a date format used by most of the world. Yes, I thought it would be more of a "fun" dispute where people understood that all outcomes are roughly acceptable if achieved with the right motivations, but it has turned into a battleground! Pretty funny. Hoping that a truly uninvolved and neutral closerwill make sense of it and that in doing so it won't lead to any further drama. Ymerazu (talk) 07:51, 17 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the DRN submission

[edit]

Regardless of the outcome, thanks for making the effort to keep this on the rails and guiding the issue through the dispute resolution system, and letting the system do its work as designed—it’s appreciated! Celjski Grad (talk) 21:26, 16 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kelston toll road, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Telegraph.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
