Testing out Replicache with Postgres

I know the name of the repo is next-replicache-todos even though there are no todos anywhere. Right now this repo is just a tool to learn Replicache (and simultaneously how to build real-time apps), along with UnoCSS and Postgres (maybe Prisma in the future)
