As far as I can see, the fix remaining for this task (that hasn't been applied through other patches/tasks, e.g. T209546: [wmf.4 -regression] Monobook - RC/Watchlist highlight icons misalgned) might be the slight misalignment of the 'tick' icon within the "select a color" dialog (ref. T164550#3317014):

"all pages" is very ambiguous – you probably don't mean the articles right? This would mark the changes as seen but not show a diff of what has changed. So is it the revision history page or a diff of all changes since last seen? I think a diff of all unseen changes is what would be most useful. I think the Wikipedia Watchlist is broken because it does not have a button to see a diff of unseen changes per article with one click. So lots of time wasted and it's exhausting to go through the Watchlist and I can't understand why editors are not calling for this is hordes since I can't even use the Watchlist without such a button which I had added via some script.

During the deployment this morning there was an issue with Azerbaijani Wikipedia (azwiki). During the deployment we saw that it was not properly installed. The ORES extensions (listed as Machine Learning Platform) was nowhere to be found on the Special:Version page so we decided to cancel that deployment and redeploy this afternoon the remaining wikis in this batch. The rest of the wikis seemed fine during the same QA process. I'm removing azwiki from this batch will add it to the next one so that we can further investigate what is the issue with it.

By the way, speaking personally — @TechnoSquirrel69 @Thebiguglyalien: thank you for reporting this issue! Especially with a potentially-nebulous issue such as this one (where entries are sometimes missing from recentchanges, but without an immediately clear pattern/cause), it IMO really helps to know that a previously-reported problem is still ongoing (and hasn't, e.g., been fixed by something else since the original bug report was filed). Thanks for taking the time to open a task about it on Phab :)
