Chaplain, Colonel Kelvin G. Gardner is Command Chaplain, Headquarters, Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va. As the Command Chaplain, he advises and represents the ACC commander on all aspects of the Chaplain Corps mission. He ensures ACC Chaplains and Chaplain Assistants are ready and prepared for global deployment.

Rebecca Mills is the Acting Scientific Adviser to the Commander, Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. She serves as the temporary Chief Scientist providing scientific expertise and technical guidance throughout the command.

Colonel Chad D. Raduege is the Director of Communications, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. He is responsible for cyberspace and communications policy, resource advocacy, and program management supporting ACC’s mission of providing combat ready forces to deliver dominant combat airpower in support of national security strategy implementation.

LIEUTENANT COLONEL ALLEN HERRITAGE

He is responsible for the policy, budget, and oversight of ACC's maintenance, munitions, supply, transportation, civil engineering, and force protection functions. Mr. Novak provides direction and oversight to more than 42,000 personnel assigned to
17 bases and over 70 operating locations worldwide who maintain and support more than 1,100 fighters, special mission aircraft
and over 800 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles. He is also responsible for determining requirements, planning, programming, design and construction of facilities while maintaining combat ready security forces units for rapid deployment and employment.

MARCUS F. NOVAK

He advises the ACC commander and staff on mishap trends, problem areas, and command-level initiatives. In addition he provides direction, guidance, and assistance to all of the command’s safety investigations. Colonel Owen oversees safety guidance for 22 wings, 26 weapon systems, over 1,000 aircraft and 136,000 personnel.

Colonel Vercellone is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas, the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States Supreme Court.

Colonel R. Cary Amburn is the Director of Communications, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. He is responsible for cyberspace and communications policy, resource advocacy, and program management supporting ACC’s mission—providing combat ready forces to deliver dominant combat airpower in support of national security strategy implementation.

COLONEL R. CARY AMBURN

Colonel Steven Minkin is the Director of Financial Management and Comptroller for Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. He is the Chief Financial Officer for the largest operational command in the Air Force and the principal financial advisor to the ACC commander.

Colonel Darrin D. Lambrigger is the Mobilization Assistant to the Command Surgeon, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base, Virginia.
