PR #19108 caused some Suspense-related DevTools regressions (more info available on #19368) which we did not catch because of the fact that DevTools tests are only run against the version of React in master.

We should follow the precedent of the regression fixtures tests and have CI run DevTools tests against multiple

A lot of new error messages use backticks where old messages use single quotes. Errors should use single quotes unless there's a good reason not to.

Specifically,

  • Backticks around tsconfig properties and values should use single quotes.
  • 7035 has surrounds declare module '{0}' with backticks. That is probably correct, but only if the code that fixes the error literally includes a stri

A bundler for javascript and friends. Packs many modules into a few bundled assets. Code Splitting allows for loading parts of the application on demand. Through "loaders", modules can be CommonJs, AMD, ES6 modules, CSS, Images, JSON, Coffeescript, LESS, ... and your custom stuff.
