Proposal

This proposal aims to propose a consistent tagging scheme for water (drinkable or not) capture infrastructures.

Rationale

Water capture is an essential part of many human societies: once captured (at a spring, in surface waters such as rivers or lakes, sometimes in the sea), water can be, maybe after appropriate treatment, distributed in a water utility network to its consumers. Yet, no tag nor consistent tagging scheme currently exists to map such features.
