The tag man_made=goods_conveyor is used to map a permanently installed 
conveyor system for transporting materials between locations.
How to map
Draw a way 
in the direction that materials are transported and tag it man_made=goods_conveyor.
You can add the tag resource=* to indicate the material being transported.
Subtags suggested in the proposal:
goods_conveyor=*belt, roller, bucket, chain, screw, slide, pneumatic ...propulsion=*motor, muscle, gravity ...
