The concept of endowment (Waqf):
Endowment is the act of preserving the principal amount while allowing the benefits to be utilized. It is considered a perpetual donation and ongoing charity that an individual establishes during their lifetime. The returns from this endowment are directed towards various charitable and good causes, and its reward continues as long as God wills, ensuring a continuous flow of funds for the designated purposes.
Endowment is a true charitable investment that you make in this world to benefit you in the Hereafter. Islam encourages endowments to such an extent that some scholars believe that every companion of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) established an endowment.
Allah says in the Quran: "Indeed, this Qur'an guides to that which is most suitable and gives good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a great reward." (Quran, Surah Al-Isra, 17:9)
The idea of this endowment:
The idea behind this endowment is to preserve the endowment's capital as the starting point, with each share beginning at 300 Kuwaiti Dinars (KD). The capital is invested, and the organization spends from the returns on the purposes of this endowment.
Objectives of the Quranic Endowment:
The objective of the "Al-Aqsa Mosque and Mosques of Palestine Endowment" is to create a permanent resource to contribute to supporting projects that focus on the expenditure for the reconstruction of mosques in the land of Al-Isra and Mi'raj. This is one of the most virtuous deeds in this world and the Hereafter. Contributing to it is an honor, as your share helps in the service and reconstruction of the houses of Allah in the blessed land of Al-Isra.

Contributions are accepted in any amount, and if the full share value (300 KD) is paid, a Waqf certificate will be issued.
