What actions and rules are available in the MailerLite automation builder?

In the MailerLite automation builder you can set 3 rules: 

  • Delay: This sets a time delay between actions in your automation 

  • Condition: Conditions can split automations based on criteria like campaign activity, segment membership, group membership, automation activity, and custom fields 

  • A/B test: This introduces an A/B test into an automation 

MailerLite also offers a wide range of actions for your automation. You have access to the following actions: 

  • Send an email: A subscriber will receive an automated email 

  • Webhook: Send data about a subscriber to an external service

  • Send internal notification: You or a team member will receive an email when a subscriber has reached a specific condition or step in your automation 

  • Move to step: Move a subscriber to a specific step in your automation once a condition has been fulfilled 

  • Update custom field: Based on a subscriber’s behavior you can automatically update a custom field in their profile 

  • Copy to groups: They will stay in their current group and be copied to another one 

  • Move to groups: They will move to another group 

  • Remove from groups: They will be removed from a specific group that they belong to 

  • Unsubscribe: They will be unsubscribed from your mailing list 

Does MailerLite offer automations reporting?

When should I use a transactional email provider for automated emails?

Most of our customers are small medium business owners who are wearing all the hats in their business. They need to be able to execute without getting lost in a sea of complicated tools, so that’s what we strive to offer with every one of our products. The limit is your imagination, not your technical expertise.

Can I personalize the content within an automated email?

Of course! We offer a range of personalization features from custom fields to dynamic content. Dynamic content blocks allow you to display blocks of content only to certain subscribers, for example those who belong to a specific group. This type of hyper-personalization helps each and every one of your subscribers stay engaged because they’re receiving only the most relevant info from you.

Does MailerLite have any sending limits?

You can send unlimited monthly emails with any paid plan! As for our free plan, you’ve got a generous sending limit of 12,000 emails/month.
