Alternatively, if both parties agree in writing, the Dispute may be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
(d) The seat of any arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
