Description

This "duke energy trail" is a complete fiction. It does not exist. There is a locked gate preventing public access at the location indicated. The "trail" is the right of way over a high pressure oil pipeline that runs from duke energy's Bartow plant on weedon island. Please update your map.

This is tagged as "proposed", so is technically correct, since it's not yet been constructed. Proposed, non-existent features being drawn on the map is sort of dumb, but it's supported in OSM.
