RISK CONTROLS

Worker should be briefed for the hazard. All persons working shall use PPES like helmet, shoes,hand gloves etc. Shade to be provided all around the exvation area Site route should be followed as per the engineer' instruction . Trained driver should drive the vehicle with valid license. Material should tied properly. Close supervision. Use safety helmet, safety shoes,hand gloves. The driver will not be in undereffect of alcohol . Vehicle condition like brake ,light,horn etc is to Tarining should be given to workers about correct lifting method . Proper access from ground level for unloading. All persons should use proper PPE'S. Site route should be followed as per the engineer' instruction . Trained operator should be engaged to operate TM . Close supervision ,use safety helment ,gum boot, rubber hand gloves & goggles . Wooden stoper(wheel chock ) provided at the time of concrete unloading from the TM .

The bar cutting and bending job is done by trained person only . The tools to de checked by authorised person before work . The cutting and bending machine should have inspected by authorised person and earthed propely . The Power connection of machine must be proper and through ELCB(30 MA) . The workers should use leather hand gloves . Bar cutting machine will be kept with firm support . No person will be allowed in front of cutting area to stand . Proction guard must be provied to the cutting and bending machines . Use of PPE. Good housekeeping .

All rotating parts should be guarded / barricated Earthing and other electrical line should be checked before operation .

Pump should be rested on firm ground and firm base . Place away from heavy traffic aera .

The hose should not be bent more than 60'c with the concrete load . Care should be taken to keep up the continous flow of concrete . When the floor is in upward direction, care tobe taken . Remove nails before reuse and wear handgloves while handling wooden planks. Secure the pieces properly in a stack. Do not overload if carried in a truck/tractor with all sides of the vehicle closed to prevent fall of items. Planks should be placed away from walkways.

No defective tools should be allowed. Tools should be in sharp conditions as blunt tools may cause injury due to application of excessive force. Work place should be away from other works. Hammer with Split and cracked handle should not be allowded.It shall not be repaired by binding with string or wire. Drive the nail with full concentration and maintain hammer cent re on the nail. While lifting of shuttering material unauthorised entry should be restricted with barrication. Shuttering should be firmly tied at center after proper assessment of centre of gravity Physically fit workers should be deployed for the lifting job with supervisor at all times. PP rope used for lifting of boards should be free from any wear and tear. Hand tools should be kept tied with self or any other place to prevent fall.
