•Before taking the vehicle in side the site premises inspection will be done with the checklist ensured that the op
valid competence, vehicle has all the relevant documents like RC,Fitness,PUC and Insurance.
• Ensure that the internal roads are well maintained for the heavy vehicle movement.
•All the Mandatory protective gears Helmet ,Safety shoes, Reflective jacket and Goggles will be provided and ind
will be conducted.
•Flag man will be deployed to guide the operator taken to the designated area and after parking the stoppers wi
• Job specific Training will be conducted to the operators/drivers.
•Wheel stopper should be provided after parking.
• Signal man shall be made available to safely direct the movement of the Material vehicle and Farana.
• All the passages, access to the area s adequate illumination must be provided.
• Power cables shall be laid underground with cable layout indicator / laid 7ft above the ground.
• Workmen rest shed must provide at site areas.
• Mobile phone usage shall not be allowed while driving & prohibition on mobile usage shall be displayed at site
places.

• Inspect the workplace area and ensured that the area is free from obstructions.
• All job specific protective gears will be provided to the workforce Helmet,safety shoes,Goggles,Hand gloves,Ma
reflective jacket.
•Provide workers with proper training on manual handling techniques and the safe way to lift and carry material
• Elimnate manual handling using hydraulic / pneumatic trolleys
• Load limit will be defined for the Male and Female as per the HIL Guide lines.
•Store materials securely to prevent them from falling, and make sure the storage area is organized.
• Storage area must be taken approval from the client.
• Properly must be designed fire proof shed, stability certficate must be available ensure entry and exit properly
• Dedicated area the paints material to be arranged on site.
• Ensured before taking the paint tins inside the site premises MSDS are available.
• Fire extinguisher will be provided at storage area.

• All the Job safety gears must be provided as per the MSDS recommendation.
•Secondary containment will be provided to the crew.
•Ensure there is proper ventilation provided.
• Training will be conducted to the painters.
• Keeping the area free from unwanted materials.
• Remove the unwanted paints that are not used at site

• Barricade the workplace area and display the signage board.
• All job specific proective gears must be provided to the painters cover all,gloves,goggles and mask as recomm

• Tarpaulin cover must be provided while doing the painting the ground level and paints must be carried secure
that must be proper closing cover.
• Provide the ergonomic brushes to reduce strain.
• Provide the regular breaks to avoid repetitive strain injuries.
• Job specific Training must be conducted to the crew.
• Fire extinguisher and sand buckets will be keept at workplace area.
• Signage boards must be provided at storage area and MSDS must be placed.
