Issues Inspected Rectifcation Arrangements
Evidential leakage in proximity of distribution board

Debris netting in general to be repaired
After a thorough observation and scrutiny
by safety practitioner and site supervisor,
they have all agreed that the seemingly
chemical leakage was not factual but rather
the alteration of coloration of the particular
area of soil from its proximity is because the
soil was found to be the excavated soil from
the pit.
Meshwork was replaced and adhered to best
serve its purpose and that is to block any
debris from falling down on people working
on the excavated area. Supervisor was tasked
to check the condition of the meshwork on
daily basis so as prevent any accidents
directly associated to the haard.
