7.1 Resources
The organization has determined and provided the resources needed for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and
continually improvement of EMS. The requirement of the resources is discussed in the Management review meeting and is
provided accordingly.
7.2- Competence
The organization has
1. Determined the necessary competence of persons doing work under its control that affects its environmental
performance and its ability to fulfill compliance obligations
2. Ensure that persons are competent on the basis of appropriate education , Training, or experience
3. Training need associated with environmental aspects and EMS
4. Where applicable, take actions to acquire necessary competence and evaluate the effectiveness of action taken
7.3- Awareness
Happy forgings ltd has established, implement and maintained Procedure for competence, training and awareness
(QPR/MR/05) The Procedure defines the method of identifying the Training needs associated with environmental
aspects and EMS. Associated records are retained as mentioned in procedure.
All the employees working under organization control are training as per QPR/MR/05 to provide awareness with
regard to
Environmental Policy, Procedures and other requirements of EMS.
Significant Environmental aspects and there, actual and potential impacts in their working area and the
Environmental benefits of improved personal performance.
Roles & Responsibilities in achieving conformance with the Environmental Policy and Procedures and with the
requirements of the EMS, including Emergency Preparedness and Response requirements.
Potential consequences of departure from the documented procedures / Operational Control procedures
(OCP), Work Instructions (WI).
Their contribution to the effectiveness of EMS, Including benefits of Enhanced Environmental performance

7.4- Communication
The organization has determine the internal and external communication relevant to EMS including

Procedure for Communication (PR/EMS/03) Take into account compliance obligations and
Ensure that information communicated is generated within EMS is reliable
Effective Internal Communication among the employees at various levels and departments / functions of
the Company.
Receiving, Documenting and responding to relevant Communication from external interested parties.
Documented information on the communication is maintained
It is ensured that the concerned Employees are
Involved in the development and review of EMS policies and procedures
Communicated any changes that affect workplace and environment
Represented on environment matters
Informed about the nomination of Management Representative and EMS team.
Happy forging has decided to communicate significant environmental aspects only on demand by external interested parties.
MR is authorized to communicate the significant environmental aspects by e-mail, courier, letter etc. and issue record will be
maintained.

7.5 Documented information
7.5.1 Documented information
The organization’s EMS documentations has been developed based on requirement of ISO 14001:2015 and based on our
organization requirement as being necessary for effectiveness of EMS. The documented information is as follows
7.5.2- Creating and updating
When creating and updating documented information, Organization shall ensure
a) Identification and description ( Title, date , author, reference number)
b) Format ( e.g. Language , software version, Graphics ) and media (e.g. Paper , Electronic)
c) Review and approve for suitability and adequacy
7.5.3 Control of documented information
Documented information required by EMS and by this international standard shall be controlled to ensure
a) It is available and suitable for use, where and when it is needed
b) Is adequately protected ( e.g. loss of confidentiality, improper use
For control of documented information, Organization has addressed the followings, as applicable
a) Distribution , access retrieval and use

Level 1: EMS Manual - describes the environmental policy, scope and core elements of the Environmental
Management System and their interaction and reference to related documents. It outlines the
structure of the documents used in the Environmental Management System.
Level 2: EMS Procedures - describes how various requirements of Environmental Management System ISO
14001: 2015 are implemented. These procedures also make reference to objectives & targets and
other relevant records.
Level 3: Environmental Objectives and Operational control procedures (Work instructions): address individual
operations affecting Environment.
Monitoring Plans: address the method of monitoring the various characteristics, which affect the
Environment.
Level 4: Formats and records: used to ensure effective operations and control of process that relate to
significant environmental aspects.
The issuing and approving authorities are as detailed in QPR/MR/02:
