Dear Sir,
Please accept this written statement as an advance notice of My resignation from Power Mech
Projects Ltd It has been three months (more/less) now since I have been paid with so many delays. I
was very upset because of this and wanted to take this up with you before. But it seems like you never
took any notice of this.

We all work for money and we depend on this income. By the start of every month, common people
have bills to pay and meet all their needs. I am working only one job at a time, which means I am
completely depending on this money. Not getting my salary on time creates a lot of financial constraint
on me. I had requested you before as well to pay me my salary on time. I understand that 30days'
notice period is standard. My last working date is October 19, 2019.

I appreciate the opportunities I have been given at Power Mech Projects ltd and your
professional guidance and support. I wish you and the company success in the future.

Please let me know what to expect as far as my final work schedule, Also arrange my full and
final settlement payment ,work Experience certificate, kindly provide me salary slips as I did
not got any from my joining to the company.

During the next 30-day, I am willing to help you in any way to make the transition as smooth as possible.
This includes assisting in recruiting and training my replacement. Please let me know if there is anything
specific that you would like me to do.

Again, it has been a pleasure working as a part of your company
