Job Summary: 
The following work position / area/ specific functional skills are typically applicable to Microwave
Engineer- functional role. 
Good Technical Knowledge of the Microwave Technology.

 
You will: 
The position responsible will be required: 
 Will Work in a 24 X 7 Environment.
 VLAN Tagging Execution
 Troubleshooting of VLAN
 Will support the customer over email as well as phone.
 Sound knowledge of Microwave Technology
 Having sound knowledge on Mini-link 6600 Series
 VLAN Configuration and Troubleshooting
 Ethernet alarms and parameters  with their troubleshooting process
 Raise and update the tickets in in tool for all the issues handled / worked upon.
 Will have to report the daily issues handled / escalated in the form of daily shift reports.
 Need to make sure that issues are handled in right time frames as per the SLA / Commitments.
 Good knowledge over SLA/WLA
 Good in preventive activities with available performance report from Microwave NMS
 Good in customer handling and RCA identification

Key Qualifications: 
 
Education: Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
