Graduate Engineer Trainee - Batch 2023

Location: PAN India

Cost To Company: 950000

Fixed (Gross): 800000 (per annum)

Bonuses: Retention Bonus - 150000

Description:
• Completing all tasks set by the Supervisor and assisting wherever possible.
• Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
• Conducting research and collating data.
• Traveling to different sites and gaining practical experience in new work zones.
• Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
• Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Attending meetings and workshops.
• Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the traineeship.
• Compiling reports and delivering presentations to staff members and other stakeholders.

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE OPEN FOR ANY LOCATION PAN INDIA. NO LOCATION


PREFERENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. IN CASE HE / SHE ACCEPTS THE OFFER
AND THEN DROPS OUT BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION CONSTRAINT, THEN
HE/SHE WILL BE BLACKLISTED FROM JSW GROUP.

BASED ON JSW GROUP INTERNAL PARITY AND NO CHANGES SHALL BE MADE
IRRESPECTIVE OF THE NIRF'22 RANKING / PACKAGES OFFERED TO
PREVIOUS JOINEES.

The age of the offered candidate should either 24 years or less at the Date of Joining.

The candidate should be medically fit, should not have any kind of colour blindness,
should not have any disability.

No Current or previous backlogs allowed. No Lateral Entry Allowed. No Repeat year


allowed. Internship is a must. Internship completion certifications shall be verified at
the time of joining.
