AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

I, RONA RIA S. ORTEGA, of legal age, married and with residence address at
No. 5 M.L. Quezon Street, San Miguel, Taguig City, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby state that:

1. I am one of the heirs of my father the late RODOLFO C. SANCHEZ who


died in Taguig City on 31 July 2021.

2. My father was the registered owner of a parcel of land covered by Transfer


Certificate of Title No. 6094 of the Registry of Deeds of Taguig City, with an area of Three
Hundred Forty Thirty Eight Square Meters (338 sq.m.)

3. I hereby attest that the above-mentioned lot has the following CORRECT
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION, particularly -.

“A parcel of land (Plan Psu-204287, L.R. Case No. N-5706, LRC Rec. No. N-30398,
situated in the Bo. of Bambang, Mp. of Taguig, Prov. of Rizal Bounded on the N. and NW. from
point 2-4 by property of Natalia Silvestre; on the E. from point 4-5 by the Tagig River, 20 m wide;
on the N. from point 5-1 by property of Arcadia Candaza; and on the W. from point 1-2 by the
Katipunan St., 12.00m wide. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 43 deg. 10’W.,
200.19m from BLLM 1, Taguig; thence N. 6 deg. 39’ W., 13.63 m. to point 2; thence N. 78 deg.
47’E., 10.18m to point 3; W. 86 deg. 29’E., 14.38m to point 4; S. 3 deg. 53’E., 13.56m to point 5;
S. 83 deg., 09’W., 23.86m to the point of beginning; containing an area of THREE HUNDRED
THIRTY EIGHT (338) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on
the pan and marked on the ground; bearings true; date of survey, Dec. 29, 1963.”

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
