STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

ABOUT MYSELF:

My name is Aditi Verma. I belong to a well-educated and financially strong family (Parents:
Mr. Sukhpal Singh Atwal and Mrs Baljinder Kaur Atwal). I live in India since childhood and my
passport number is W6754858. I am a passionate and focused person. I have now decided to
go United Kingdom for my further studies. My selected course is BA (Hons) Business
Management in the Buckinghamshire New University, UK.

BREIF ABOUT MY PREVIOUS EDUCATION

According to my previous education, I studied Matriculation (10 th) in the year 2020 with A
grade from Punjab School Education Board. Then I did senior secondary education in the
year 2022 with 80.6 % with Commerce stream under the same board and same school. Then
I got inspired to do my further studies in abroad and I selected UK. I also gave IELTS test on
22nd July, 2023 and scored 6.0 (Listening - 6.0, Reading - 6.0, Speaking - 5.5, Writing - 6.5).

ABOUT MY SELECTED COURSE

My chosen course is BA (Hons) Business Management because I want to build my career in the
business sector. As this course is directly related to my previous education I decided to grow in
this career because this sector is growing day by day in india as well as all over the world and for
that I needed specific degree. I took immense time to research about the best business courses
abroad to get the best education. After research, I selected the course BA (Hons) Business
Management. With a comprehensive degree programme, created for those who are new to
managerial jobs or have some practical managerial experience. Through this course I will learn
the keys to a successful profession in corporate management. This programme will equip me with
the fundamental abilities and information required to succeed as a business manager across a
variety of fields. This course is a perfect choice for me. There are some modules in this course
which I will study in this course such as :

 Global business and sustainability

 Introduction to financial decision making

 Principles of marketing

 Consultancy in practice

 Project management and Sustainable operations

The united kingdom is famous for different courses and universities. In the UK degree takes less
time as compared to other countries like US, France, Australia. Moreover, I will e able to attest the
amazing culture in terms of modern, history culture. Facility of health benefits is also provided to
the international students. In UK, the education imparted has one of the best academic standards
in the world because they emphasis more on practical exposure. It has been ranked in the top 3
countries for best educational place. Even, many languages are spoken so it is very easy to adjust
in new country. Students can gain more advantage because of new policy graduate route. The UK
has largest library in the world. Universities of Britain welcoming attitude towards the
international students is so good, nearly 3,00,000 students get enrollment every year which gives
a multicultural environment to the students.

MY FUTURE PLANS

After completing of my course I will come back to my homeland as I have researched that in
India there is a great scope in this industry as the experience and the skills that I will be gaining
hereby I will be utilizing in the organization where I will be working, moreover it will also enable
me to a successful career path. I can work as an International marketing director, financial
controller, International economist, Business development executive, International trade
and customs manager, Banker and many more. The companies where I can work are – KPMG,
Tata Consultancy, Wipro, Microsoft, Amazon, IBN, Deloitte, ICICI Bank and many more

Initially, I can get a salary package of 5-6 Lakh per year and with experience of 3-4 years, I
can get 9 - 10 lakh easily. I will be skilled and knowledgeable enough to get this salary.
