Sub: Circular on Computer Science club activity for Classes IX & X students – Reg.,

Greetings from SJPS!!!

With great pleasure, Computer Science Club of St. John’s Public School, announces an upcoming
event that promises to be an inspiring and enriching experience for our young learners. Our Club
organizes an activity on “AI Robotic Videos on Class room Learning Content” exclusively for
the students of Class IX and X. This activity has been curated with the primary idea of
understanding the working of AI Robots and making videos using AI technology. The
combination of AI and video content offers an innovative approach to engaging learners and
improving their understanding and knowledge retention.

The Computer Club is an educational and fun group. The club explores both computer
architecture and new application software. We hosted Guest Lecture on the topic “Microsoft Bot
Framework” in the month of October. The objectives of the Computer Club are to widen the
perspectives in Technology and allow them to get hands-on experiences with media.

Activity: AI Robotic Videos

Rules and Regulations:

 It is an individual event exclusively for the students of Class IX and X.


 Students should create “AI Robotic Learning Video” on any of the following Subject
namely English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Maths, Social Science,
Tamil, Hindi, French, Sanskrit.
 It’s a Video Scripting Activity with any Robotic image or any famous personality of your
choice.

 Create a robotic video for 5 minutes, using your own creative ideas and templates. The
content of the subject must be with clear audio and vision.
 Submit the Video to the following email id [email protected] on or before
01-12-2023.
 The following are some of the suggested platforms to create the video or the students can
use their own application to create a robotic video.

 The Students will be guided and mentored by the Computer Science Teachers.

 Clear content of the topic chosen and its Presentation
 Innovativeness
 Usage of AI Tools and technicality
 Clarity of the Video
 Originality and Creativity of the Video
