Qualifications:
 10+ years of experience writing Functional/Manual and Automation Testing
 Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), agile
model and different test methodologies & validation to ensure the Quality Assurance Control.
 Enterprise Level Test Lead Experience
 Experience using Relational Databases in Client/Server and Web environment
 Extensive experience in relational database testing (Backend) to ensure data consistency on
frontend by writing and executing SQL queries
 Strong experience with non-relational databases
 Strong experience in ETL testing and concepts
 Well versed in all aspects of SDLC and Agile concepts
 Extensive experience on Manual and Automation testing using Selenium, Quick Test Professional
(QTP) for Client/Server, Web and Database application
 Strong coding experience in .NET programming language and Java
 Experienced in Azure DevOps CI/CD process including integration, code releases and deployments
 Ability to work with onshore and offshore teams
 Should have familiarity with Bitbucket, GitHub, TFS and Jenkins
 Ability to interact with developers and product managers regarding testing status and defect and
change tracking using Azure DevOps or Atlassian Suite
 Strong problem analysis and resolution skills and ability to work in Multi-Platform Environments

About the job

As a QA Automation Lead on the Fintech team, you will be responsible to support and independently
complete test orchestration across the SDLC which will require problem solving using analysis, experience,
and decision making. Translate business requirements and process into technical requirement and
configuration settings specific to software application solutions. Leading the automation testing and the work
stream organizing and installing the new department for Automation in the FinTech Division. You will be
responsible for organizing the team, interviewing process and work with Operations and Products to get this
accomplished.

Fintech team is dedicated to building a better end to end payments capability that will support the current
flex card program, filter spend, simplify merchant integrations as the point of sale but also for web and
mobile marketplaces. The capabilities of the payment capabilities should then be able to extend various
other medical claims processes now and in the future. You will work with developers on open-source project
and technologies that will allow us to be build platforms at scale as well as benefit from the latest
innovations in speed, simplicity, and security.

Responsibilities

 Understand the entire system end to end and involve in every step of software development process
like designing, development, and automation testing
 Create and manage defects
 Provide a detailed root cause analysis for a defect with log evidence to fix the problem and apply the fix
 Collaborate with solution engineers, hardware engineers, software engineers, network engineers and
QA engineers
 The role involves managing a team of highly skilled technical resources within Enterprise Resiliency
technologies and delivering various projects for different stakeholders in different stages of software
development lifecycle
 Provide analytical, administrative support within an internal control environment
 Responsible for assisting in the execution of the delivery for the Line of Business
 Assist team in gathering and organizing data that will help track, report, and manage internal control
gap issues and mitigation plans

 Provide technical knowledge during the delivery process and wherever needed
