Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Data Executive with 0-4 years of experience in managing and analyzing data
for business operations. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of information systems,
data management, and reporting tools. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to
ensure accurate and efficient data analysis, reporting, and overall system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Collect, process, and organize data from various business units to ensure accuracy
and consistency.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and generate regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on key
performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s internal MIS systems, ensuring
they are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.

Data Quality Assurance: Ensure that data entered into the system is accurate and complies with
organizational standards and policies.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis).

Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying.

Basic knowledge of Chat GPT


Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and
presentations.
