Position: Analyst

Role Description:
As an Analyst with Factspan Analytics, you would have the opportunity to work in both the areas of Data
Engineering & Analytics and build a holistic profile for yourself. The first two years with the organization
would provide you with exposure and perspective to the varied range of projects (and so the clients), across
industries, that the organization handles.

Role and Responsibilities:


● Solve business problems using data and qualitative techniques.
● Drive interactions with various stakeholders while you interface with senior executives.
● Collaborate with clients to understand & address their requirements.
● Perform analysis on data using appropriate statistical tools & methodologies.
● Find interesting/anomalous patterns in large datasets across various platforms & present them.
● Deep dive into the problem statement, create & test hypothesis to validate the root cause.
● Possess excellent storyboarding skills and the ability to formulate hypotheses to identify trends.

Qualification & Experience:


● Inquisitive mindset, with proven problem-solving ability and passion for data.
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively
communicate with both business and technical teams.
● SQL knowledge | Experience in Object Oriented Programming (Java, Scala, Python) is desirable.
● Preferred Experience in using R, Python, SAS, or other statistical/machine learning software.

Eligibility Criteria
● All MTech courses, provided the under-graduation degree is that of BTech & integrated (MTech &
BTech) students.
● M. Tech CGPA (at the time of applying): 7/10 and above.
● No active backlogs at the time of the application & at the time of joining the organization.

TOTAL (Cost to Company) ₹2400000

● Joining Bonus would be paid out at the end of the 1st month of joining.
● In the event the candidate decides to leave the organization within 3 years of joining, the Joining Bonus
will have to be paid back in full.
