Wednesday, Marc

Good morning
from Richland,
Montana!
It was a most picturesque
morning as Jacky Dyrland was
rolling through Richland shortly
after 7:00 this morning with her
daily mail run to Scobey, The
crew putting in the new timber
bridge were also already hard
at it, using all the daylight they
can get in to get this baby done,
the last one on what is referred
to as the Glasgow Area Timber
Bridge Project. “It’s such a
beautiful morning and neat to
see how much work gets done
ever day by our great hard-
working guys!” says Jacky. In
other hard-working news, the
Milk River Project is rolling right
along with the crews working
through the winter, some
logging six days a week to keep
the project on track and they
are actually ahead of schedule
of the September water delivery
timeline to early July. However,
large-scale projects like this can
shift quickly, and while the pipe
and bridge work are ahead of
schedule, the larger structures
remain the key drivers of the
timeline. In the meantime,
though, pray for some rain,
every drop counts!

“Gosh, Bubba, that’s easy!” said Jed. Looking to make
sure the professor wasn’t looking, Jed said, “A farm! That’s
what Ol’ MacDonald had. Even babies know that!”
“Oh! Right!” nodded Bubba. But as he proceeded to
write down the answer, Bubba stopped to ask Jed again in a
