Fees Management System

This document describes a fees management system created by a team of students guided by Prof. Krupali Dave. The system was developed using web-based tools and technologies to automate the collection and management of student fees. It allows for easy addition of fees, displays fees collected and due, generates receipts, and secures student and fees data through login authentication. The project followed an agile development process documented in a Gantt chart, with future plans to expand it into a full college management system.

Introduction
 Definition: A fee management software is a software that automates the collection of fees
and generation of receipts. For example in a school environment, the system manages
tuition fees, miscellaneous fees, project fees and other charges for student services.
 Manages student and fees accordingly
 GUI based system
 Developed using web based technology
 Application, designed to manage student fees collection records.
Objective
 To keep and manage the records of students.
 To make adding, viewing, udating and collecting fees of the student task easier.
Features.
 Easy to add additional fees.
 Two views i.e. staff and admin.
 Display total fees collected and fees to be collected.
 Display list of students with due date.
 Receipt is generated at the time of payment.
