Introduction

 Intellectual property rights (IPR) are legal protections for creations of the
mind, such as inventions, artistic works, designs, symbols, and names used in
commerce.
 These rights include patents for inventions, copyrights for literary and artistic
works, trademarks for brands and logos, and trade secrets for confidential
information.
 IPR grant exclusive rights to creators and owners, allowing them to benefit
financially and control the use of their creations.
 They stimulate innovation, creativity, and investment by providing incentives
for individuals and businesses to develop and share their ideas while
safeguarding against unauthorized use or exploitation by others.

copyright laws.

 Purpose of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR):

 Function of Patenting:
1.Grants exclusive rights to inventors for their inventions.

This course is beneficial for us in following ways :
