•parts of computer that allow
information or data to be
given to the computer. Like
the keyboard and the mouse.

• these devices give out information
generated by the computer. The
printer, speaker and the monitor are
the output devices.

STORAGE DEVICE
• parts of a computer that holds
information. The primary storage device
is the computer’s memory called RAM
(Random Access Memory).

• part of a computer that processes and controls
the flow of information; it does the work. The
one part of the computer that handles this job
is the Central Processing Unit or CPU.
