The purpose of this report has been to map the use of the supplementary grant for reduced functional ability from the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund (Lånekassen) over time, and to follow recipients through university and college education and into the transition to working life. The report is based on students who were new to a degree program in higher education in the academic year of 2017/2018.

From October 2024 to October 2025 the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 3.3 per cent, while the CPI adjusted for tax changes and excluding energy products (CPI-ATE) rose by 3.4 per cent. The CPI increased by 0.3 per cent from September 2025 to October 2025, while the CPI-ATE increased by 0.6 per cent in the same period.

The prices that Norwegian industrial producers received for their goods increased overall by 1.9 per cent from October last year to October this year. On the export market, prices were almost unchanged from October last year, while on the domestic market prices rose by 2.8 per cent over the last twelve months.

In the period of October 27th – November 2nd the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 80.55 per kilo, up 2.9 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.
