'My colour-coded calendar only I can understand - outsiders see chaos, I see a masterpiece.

'My secret suitcase - no one knows what is in it... not even me. Carrying a burner phone - Trust no one.

'Answering texts in my head - elite talent. My multiple personalities - iconic, necessary slightly unhinged.. We're a team.

'Saying ''I've got three kids'- my Olympic-level answer for everything. Overthinking a convo from three years ago - award-winning reflection.

'Turning every story into a Netflix series - I'm the narrator, director & main character. And honestly? I kinda love it.'

Since ending the relationship with Paddy, Christine has thrown herself at several career and love opportunities, including Celebs Go Dating.

Most recently, the model joined Subs.com, a brand new platform, with a show titled This Changes Everything.

In the season finale of her new series, Christine explored Shibari, the Japanese art of rope work.

'I'd almost accepted that I wasn't going to trust again, or let myself fall too deeply. That was my way of protecting myself by keeping control.

'But I'm learning that letting go is good sometimes — it's good to hand over control and trust.'

Her clip comes after Christine opened up about telling her children about her divorce to Paddy as she revealed she was 'blown away' by their reaction.

The pair have three children - twins Leo and Penelope, as well as Felicity.

And now that the twins have turned 12, Christine has revealed that they have been 'mature' about the divorce.

Speaking to DailyMail, Christine who is working with Barratt Redrow Campaign, said: 'No, I've spoken to the children about relationships in general, and adulthood.

'Obviously, my twins are 12 now, so we're having those conversations, and they've absolutely blowing my mind with how much they understand, and how mature they are.

'It makes me feel very proud of not just how well I've done as a mum, but as a family how open we are, and how good we are at communicating with each other, and reassuring the children that everything is ok, and every family is different, and this is our normal.

'It's good to teach them that one of the great things about being an adult is that you can change your mind at any time.

'If one day you are in a relationship, and then you just want to go and be friends [the next day], or you consider yourself just family instead, then that's ok - you can do that.'
