I am pleased to endorse my former student, NIÑO L. ESQUILONA, who is aiming to take


Masters of Arts in Chemistry Education in Bicol University, to avail Capacity Building Program in
Science and Mathematics Education (CBPSME) offered by Department of Science and
Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) under your supervision.

As his former professor in his Earth and Environmental Science courses, I found him as a
student who was always eager to learn new things, and hence, was very zealous about the
teaching profession. Through the years of his academic journey, he has developed to be a
confident, intelligent, and responsible student-teacher. He was also a DOST-SEI Scholar under
R.A. 7687 during his undergraduate studies in the degree of Bachelor in Secondary Education
Major in Physical Science at Bicol University College of Education.

Reaping the fruits of his hard work and dedication, he earned his degree in Secondary
Education as Cum Laude and Outstanding BSEd Student in Physical Science. In the academe,
he has exhibited the character and attitude perfect for his chosen profession.

As his professor and mentor, I strongly recommend him for admission into the scholarship
program. I believe that he has always been ready to go an extra mile for his personal and
professional growth.

As a former professor of NIÑO L. ESQUILONA, I am writing this letter of endorsement to


express my strong support for him and his application to avail Capacity Building Program in
Science and Mathematics Education (CBPSME). He is planning to take Masters of Arts in
Chemistry Education in Bicol University.

Niño has been a student in my Physics classes, so I have learned a great deal about him and
his abilities and I know he would do well if given the opportunity to continue his education. His
determination has led him to excel in his classes. As a proof, he was awarded as the
Outstanding BSEd Student in Physical Science during the College Recognition and graduated
as Cum Laude in the degree of Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in Physical Science at
Bicol University. He was also a DOST-SEI Scholar under R.A. 7687 during his undergraduate
studies.

In addition, he also shows a great manner and aptitude for learning suitable for his chosen
profession. I have no doubts that his abilities and determination will continue to grow.
