Bernard Arnault is Chairman and CEO of LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton,
the world’s leading luxury products group.
He began his professional career that year as an engineer with the Ferret-Savinel
construction company and successively was promoted to various executive
management positions before becoming Chairman in 1978.
Mr. Arnault remained there until 1984, when he undertook the reorganization of the
Financière Agache holding company. He returned the group to profitability as he
embarked upon a strategy of developing the world’s leading luxury products
company. In the process, he reinvigorated Christian Dior as the cornerstone of the
new organization.
In 1989, Mr. Arnault became the majority shareholder of LVMH Moët Hennessy –
Louis Vuitton, creating the world’s leading luxury products group. Mr. Arnault has
been Chairman and CEO of the company since that date.
Mr. Arnault is also President of the Board of Directors of Groupe Arnault S.E. (his
family holding company).
After earning a degree in economics from the University of Pavia (Italy), he joined
Procter & Gamble in 1978. He held a series of positions of increasing responsibility in
the United States, Greece, Belgium and Switzerland before being appointed President
of Procter & Gamble Europe in 1999.
In 2000, she moved to designer John Galliano’s company, which she helped develop,
acquiring hands- on experience in the fashion industry.
In 2001, she joined the Executive Committee of Christian Dior Couture, where she
served as Deputy Managing Director until August 2013.
Since September 2013, she has been Executive Vice President of Louis Vuitton, in
charge of supervising all of Louis Vuitton’s product- related activities.
She is a member of the LVMH Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee.
He is a graduate of the French Naval Academy (1978), the Institut d’Etudes Politiques
de Paris (1984) and studied at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration. He is an
honorary public auditor with the French Cour des Comptes, the state audit body.
Nicolas Bazire served as Cabinet Director for Prime Minister Edouard Balladur from
1993 to 1995. In 1995 he joined Rothschild et Cie Banque as a Managing Partner.
He has been awarded the honorary titles of Officier dans l’Ordre National du Mérite
and Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur.
Pietro Beccari spent his earlier career in Marketing at Benckiser in Italy and Parmalat
in the US, then in General Management at Henkel in Germany, where he was
Corporate Vice-President for Haircare.
Since February 2018, he has been Chairman and CEO of Christian Dior Couture. He
also becomes a member of the LVMH Executive Committee.
6. Michael Burke joined Groupe Arnault with responsibility for investments in the
United States before becoming CEO of Christian Dior USA from 1986 to 1992, and
then of Louis Vuitton North America from 1992 to 1997.
In 2012 he was appointed CEO of Bulgari and then Chairman and CEO of Louis
Vuitton. He is a member of the LVMH Executive Committee.
On June 16, 2016, Michael Burke was elected a member of the Management Board of
the Fédération Française de la Couture.
She holds a Master in Political and Social Sciences and an MBA in Public
Administration from the University of Lausanne, and is a graduate of INSEAD
(France).
She joined LVMH in 2007 as Group Executive Vice President Human Resources and
Synergies and is a member of the LVMH Executive Committee.
8. A graduate of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Andrea Guerra starts his
career in hotel management as Marketing Director at Marriott International in 1989.

9. Jean Jacques Guiony was born in France on December 31, 1961.
After graduating from HEC business school in 1984, he began his career in 1985 as a
Research Analyst with Banque Nationale de Paris in Paris and then with Merrill
Lynch in 1988 in London. In 1990 he joined the Mergers & Acquisitions department
of Lazard Frères, becoming a Partner in 1997 and then Head of Mergers &
Acquisitions in 2000.
He joined LVMH in 2011 as Chief Executive Officer of Sephora and led the Maison
until September 2020. Today he oversees Sephora, Le Bon Marché and the Perfumes
& Cosmetics division.
Philippe Schaus holds a degree in aerospace engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.
He began his career in 1987 at J.P. Morgan Inc. in Brussels before joining The Boston
Consulting Group in Germany in 1990.
He joined Louis Vuitton Malletier in Paris in 2003 as President of the Europe Zone
and was then appointed Senior Vice President, International, and finally Executive
Vice President in 2009. Mr. Schaus joined DFS Group in Hong Kong in 2011 as
Group President of Merchandising and Marketing. He was named Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of DFS Group in 2012.
Since October 1, 2017, Philippe Schaus has been CEO of Moët Hennessy, the Wines
and Spirits division of LVMH.
In 1994, Sidney Toledano joined Christian Dior Couture as Director of the Leather
Goods Division before becoming Managing Director in charge of the international
development in 1996. In 1998, he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Christian Dior Couture to pursue the development of the brand and put
Christian Dior at the forefront of the most famous brands in the luxury sector. He was
appointed Vice President, Managing Director and Board member of Christian Dior
S.E.
In February 2018, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of LVMH Fashion Group,
which includes numerous prestigious brands (Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Emilio Pucci,
Kenzo, Marc Jacobs, Nicholas Kirkwood, Rossimoda, Patou). He also becomes a
member of the LVMH Executive Committee.
Sidney Toledano is Vice President and member of the board of the Institut Français de
la Mode and the Comité Colbert. He’s a member of the Management Committee of
the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture and member of the Fédération de la
Haute Couture et de la Mode Executive Committee.
Sidney Toledano has been awarded the honorary titles of Chevalier dans l’Ordre
National de la Légion d’Honneur and Officier dans l’Ordre National du Mérite. He
was decorated by His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco as Officer of Wissam
Al-Arch distinction in 2007.
13. Jean Baptiste Voisin was born in France on April 14, 1967.
He is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines de Paris. He
began his career with Danone France in production and then marketing.
In 1996, he joined the McKinsey & Company consulting firm, becoming a partner in
2002. He was co-leader of the retail practice for Europe and then worldwide.
Jean Baptiste Voisin joined LVMH as Chief Strategy Officer in 2006. He has been a
member of the Executive Committee since 2012. As well as these functions, he has
been President of LVMH Métiers d’Art since 2015.
