MOTION TO RESET HEARING

PLAINTIFF, through the undersigned counsel, and unto this


Honorable Court most respectfully alleges that:

1. The Pre-trial Conference of this case was set to November 11,


2020 at 8:30 in the morning;

2. However, the undersigned Counsel for the Plaintiff has conflict of


hearing on the said date at Regional Trial Court, Branch 10,
Tuguegarao City which was set earlier than this Court’s setting;

3. Therefore, it is hereby requested of this Honorable Court to reset


the next hearing to November 16, 2020 or at the convenience of
this Honorable Court;
4. This motion is not intended to delay any further proceedings of this
case but merely because of the conflict in schedule;

WHEREFORE, it is hereby respectfully prayed of this Honorable


Court to grant this Motion to Reset Hearing from November 11, 2020
to November 16, 2020.
